李太平，中国书法家协会会员、日本东京《李太平书画会》特别顾问，邯郸市群艺馆研究员（教授），邯郸市书协副主席、邯郸市政协常委、邯郸市拔尖人才（享受政府津贴）。

1949年生于河北魏县大仓口村翰墨世家。祖父李书先生是当地知名书法家，颜柳功夫很深。父亲李茂荣先生楷、隶功底深厚，在当地颇有有名气。李太平自幼受环境熏陶，6岁操墨,习颜临柳,早年打下书法基本功,后拜刘炳森为师,写汉隶。在河北大学历史系学习期间,又投黄绮门下，受其“铁戟磨沙”之，风格影响，追求雄浑老辣之风貌。读史书、临汉隶、贪奇险、重骨力，书法形成自己风格。

Li Taiping, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, special advisor to the "Li Taiping Calligraphy and Painting Association" in Tokyo, Japan, researcher (professor) at the Handan Art Museum, vice chairman of the Handan Calligraphers Association, standing committee member of the Handan Political Consultative Conference, and top talent in Handan (enjoying government subsidies).

Born in 1949 into a Hanmo family in Dacangkou Village, Wei County, Hebei Province. Grandfather Mr. Li Shu is a well-known calligrapher in the local area, and Yan Liu is very skilled in calligraphy. Mr. Li Maorong, the father, has a strong foundation in Kai and Li, and is quite famous in the local area. Li Taiping was influenced by his environment from a young age. At the age of 6, he practiced calligraphy and learned to appreciate the beauty of willows. In his early years, he mastered the basics of calligraphy and later became a disciple of Liu Bingsen, writing Hanli. During my studies in the History Department of Hebei University, I once again joined the school of Huang Qi and was influenced by his style of "iron spear grinding sand", pursuing a majestic and spicy style. Reading historical books, practicing Hanli, being curious and adventurous, and valuing backbone, one forms their own style of calligraphy.

Teaching lineage: In his early years, he studied Yan Zhenqing and Liu Gongquan's regular script, laying a solid foundation for his skills; Later apprentice Liu Bingsen specialized in Hanli;

During my studies in the History Department of Hebei University, I studied under Huang Qi and was influenced by the "Iron Spear Grinding Sand" style, pursuing a powerful and spicy artistic style.

Academic integration: Combining historical research with calligraphy practice, emphasizing the absorption of nutrients from traditional classics and strengthening the cultural connotation of works.

Characteristics of artistic style and techniques: Based on Hanli, integrating the muscles and bones of Yan and Liu, forming a personalized language of "emphasizing bone strength and daring", emphasizing the strength of lines and the tension of structures.

Creative philosophy: advocating "reading historical books and studying Han and Li", emphasizing the historical weight and visual impact of the works.

艺术成就与作品特点‌：

‌书法风格‌

融合汉隶与黄绮“铁戟磨沙”技法，追求骨力奇险，代表作《行路难》体现其雄浑老辣风貌。作品多次被中南海怀仁堂、人民大会堂、毛主席纪念堂收藏，并被邓小平、江泽民等领导人及日本多位首相（如小渊惠三、田中角荣）收藏。

‌绘画专长‌

以泼墨画犬闻名，1994年央视《东方时空》曾专题报道其“神犬图”创作，出版《李太平神犬图》画集。部分作品如《荷香清趣》以写意手法表现自然意象，注重色彩对比与画面节奏感。

1986年起多次赴日本东京、加拿大温哥华等地举办个展，引发广泛关注。出版《李太平书法艺术》等专著，并在国内外发表多篇学术论文。

Artistic achievements and characteristics of works:

Calligraphy style

The fusion of Hanli and Huang Qi's "Iron Spear Grinding Sand" technique, pursuing the unique and dangerous bone strength, is reflected in the representative work "Difficulties in Traveling", which embodies its majestic and spicy style. The works have been collected multiple times by the Huairen Hall in Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, and the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall, as well as by leaders such as Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, and several Japanese prime ministers (such as Keizo Obuchi and Kakuei Tanaka).

Painting expertise

Renowned for his ink splashed dog paintings, in 1994 CCTV's "Oriental Time and Space" featured his creation of the "Divine Dog Painting" and published a collection of "Li Taiping's Divine Dog Painting". Some works, such as' Lotus Fragrance Clear Fun ', use freehand brushwork to express natural imagery, emphasizing color contrast and the sense of rhythm in the picture.

International influence

Since 1986, he has held solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Japan, Vancouver, Canada and other places, which has attracted widespread attention. Published monographs such as' Li Taiping's Calligraphy Art 'and published multiple academic papers both domestically and internationally.
